The works of
Michael Waligorski are protected from the moment of
conception till sale of or written permission is
granted. Current Copyright Laws stipulate that the
works are protected from infringement till artist
life plus fifty years. Any rights granted or use of
material must be in writing and in agreement with in
party's involved. If infringement is found to be
indicated, either by intent or accident, with out
written permission the said parties involved in
violation can and will be filed against in a civil
lawsuit for a violation of copyright and infringement.
When filed and not settled said case will consist of
recovering attorney fees and court cost, in addition
to actual and statutory damages. In cases of willful
infringement for profit, the U.S. Attorney may
initiate a criminal investigation. With that in mind
I think that the key word is. "Lets play it safe
and have it in writing".
